Blueberry Quinoa Porridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup (100g) INKKA white quinoa, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp raw walnuts or almonds
  • 50g blueberries for decoration
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp raw honey or stevia
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • Optional coconut milk

SERVING SUGGESTION

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the quinoa with water for about 20 minutes.
  2. After quinoa is cooked, add coconut, walnuts, cinnamon, honey/stevia, and sea salt; mix together.
  3. Top with coconut milk, decorate with blueberries and enjoy.
